Instead of making an entire salad and having to cut up lots of different vegetables and lettuce, try shrimp ceviche! Healthy and quick, simply add cooked shrimp, tomatoes, and cilantro into a bowl and chill for 45 minutes.
3. Waffle Sandwich
To make breakfast and lunch all at once, prepare an extra waffle with breakfast. Add cheese and lunch meat to sandwich, fold in half, and push the waffle maker back down to melt cheese and warm up meat.
