“Only in Queens” Summer Festival

When? Sunday, June 26, 2016 1:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

Where? Flushing Meadows Corona Park Queens

Head to Flushing Meadows Corona Park for the Only In Queens Summer Festival, presented by Borough President Melinda Katz. Tour historic buildings, including the New York State Pavilion, Queens Theatre, Queens Museum, and more. Enjoy exhibits and memorabilia from the 1939 and 1964 World’s Fairs, and food and crafts from the Queens International Night Market. And have #OnlyInQueens family-friendly fun, with a scavenger hunt, a guest appearance from Mr. Met, and more! At 4:30 p.m., City Parks Foundation’s SummerStage will present a concert, featuring Ginuwine, Mack Wilds, & Kid ‘n Play, with music from Queens’ DJ Camilo.

Where? Williamsburg, East River State Park, 90 Kent Ave. (at N. 7th); and Sundays: Prospect Park, Breeze Hill (at Lincoln Rd.)

Smorgasburg happens every Saturday on the Williamsburg waterfront at East River State Park, featuring packaged and prepared foods, purveyors from New York City and across the region for a total of 100 vendors.
